Issue 25: February 2020

In this issue we focus on the life in service of British Airways Concorde G-BOAG.

This aircraft had a rather uncertain start to her career, beginning as a ‘white tail’ and being grounded twice before coming back into full service in grand style as the standard-bearer for BA’s Landor livery. We look back at the challenges that she faced, and recall her later achievements before her final retirement at Seattle’s Museum of Flight.

We also present the second part of Jayne van der Vorm’s reminiscences as a cabin crew member on Concorde, and we bring details of new tours with Concorde G-BOAC at the Runway Visitor Park in Manchester.
